No. The Founding VIP Pass is non-refundable. It is a one-time early-access membership, not a deposit or reservation.

It applies to one future eligible PawHaus stay and is valid for the full booking. Planned public rates are $800–$1,000 per night depending on cabin type. Your Founding Member rate is $299–$499 per night — locked in at pre-launch pricing, depending on cabin and date.

Our current plan is yes — any unit, any day — subject to opening schedule, availability, and final booking rules communicated before booking opens.

Yes. A portion of proceeds from each Founding VIP Pass will be donated on your behalf to Houston Pets Alive, a nonprofit dedicated to ending the killing of homeless animals in Houston shelters.

Founding VIP members will receive priority pre-booking access in June/July 2026 — before the public can book. The resort is targeting a Q1 2027 opening. We'll send updates by email as milestones are reached throughout the build process.
